VERY ACCURATE MyRadarGun utilizes slow-motion video footage, analyzing each frame to precisely calculate the time it takes for a baseball to travel from the pitcher to the catcher. By factoring in the distance covered, this tool accurately determines both the average and maximum speed of the ball, typically with an impressive margin of error of just +/- 1 MPH. Its method of employing frame-by-frame video analysis with image zoom functionality offers accuracy comparable to that of expensive baseball radar guns, but at a significantly reduced cost.
EASY TO USE Unlike many other baseball radar gun applications that require users to manually hit a button at specific moments during play, MyRadarGun simplifies the process. Users need only capture a video of the pitcher throwing to the catcher. The video is then examined frame-by-frame until identifying the precise moments when the ball leaves the pitcher's hand and lands in the catcher's mitt.
